Our state-of-the-art manufacturing center includes all of the sophisticated production equipment necessary to fabricate decorated flexible faces, stylized acrylic faces and custom awnings. For example we utilize:
- Two computerized Multi-Cam routers with a 6’ x 12’ bed
- A Registered Plastivac Forming Machine with 8’ x 20’ capacity
- An Acer E-Mill Vertical Turret Milling machine
- Digital direct large format printing with up to 1440 x 1440 dpi.
- Extensive paint, fiberglass, welding, cutting, and full-service forming machines and tools add even greater capabilities.
