While we understand the importance of and apply many of the accepted principles and approach to PM, we also recognize that every project requires its unique flexibility. Accordingly we apply what we call “flexible standardization” in our PM. That approach coupled with our experienced and detailed focused project managers routinely delivers projects done on time and within budget.
In order to keep our projects on track the PM staff is required to conduct a weekly project review and recap internally. Outcomes of that weekly process include tracking of overall project progress against the timelines and critical path; documentation checklists preparation and sign-offs; administrative and billing status review and action as needed; etc.
