Erin Norgren and Judith Danko are highly skilled individuals with extensive project management knowledge and techniques. Their focus on customer service and attention to detail is what L&H strives to offer to all its clients.
Erin Norgren is a highly skilled project manager/customer relations professional. She has over 7 years of project management experience in the signage industry with exceptional customer service skills. Erin consistently delivers projects on-time and budget while navigating through the challenges of multiple site rollouts and reduced project timelines. Erin is versed in process improvement utilizing lean techniques, timeline management, and client relationships. Other areas of her expertise include contract negotiation, project planning, timeline management, process building, and multi-task management techniques. Erin earned her MBA degree from the University of Phoenix.
Judith Danko has over 25 years in effective project management and complete administrative and financial oversight of operations and project management. Judith is focused on customer relationships and provides exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with strong business experience. She has vast experience in project management, budgeting, financing, negotiating, and planning. This allows Judith to effectively guide clients through all phasing of a project.
